• No ads and no premium tier. Everything in the app is in the free app.
• Recurring expenses, and a spreadsheet export for each group.
• No account needed to start a group or join one.
• Open source under the AGPL, so the code is public.

What we checked about Settle Up

• Settle Up's App Store listing shows a free download with in-app purchases. It lists ad-free use, recurring and future expenses and Excel export under Premium, and says the app contains advertising.
